Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any service on 9000bdt. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement. 9000bdt operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
9000bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the registration process or at any point during a User's active use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by 9000bdt will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.
2.2 Single Account Per Person
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 9000bdt. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. Where 9000bdt identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. The User will be permanently barred from re-registering.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
9000bdt is operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Information

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
9000bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage: national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentary evidence of your payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot showing your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). 9000bdt will not process withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 until KYC verification is complete. This policy exists to protect Users against fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
3.3 Password & Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 9000bdt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 9000bdt immediately by contacting our support team. 9000bdt accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 9000bdt support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method after any pending wagering requirements or verification steps are resolved. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. 9000bdt also reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where Terms & Conditions violations are suspected, where fraudulent activity is identified, or where a User has requested self-exclusion.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 9000bdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 9000bdt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process. The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks as listed in the cashier at any given time.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 9000bdt at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, you should contact 9000bdt support with your transaction reference number.
You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including bKash or Nagad numbers not belonging to you — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded to the originating account, and the receiving Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
9000bdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus, or the outcome of a fraud investigation. Users will be notified of any withdrawal delay and the reason for it within 24 hours of the original request.
4.3 Responsible Financial Use
Users are reminded that gambling funds should come from disposable income only. 9000bdt strongly advises against depositing funds that are needed for essential living expenses, debt repayment, or savings. Deposit limits can be set from your Account settings at any time and are applied immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies as a default. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require ৳30,000 in total bets to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited to a User's Account. Unused bonus funds and any wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry. 9000bdt will send a reminder notification before bonus funds expire, but it remains the User's responsibility to monitor their bonus status through the Account settings panel.
5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions
9000bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already opted in but before the wagering requirement has been completed, 9000bdt will honour the remaining wagering period for a reasonable duration, the specifics of which will be communicated to affected Users via the registered email address on their Account.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using 9000bdt, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all Users without exception.
6.1 General Obligations
- Provide accurate, truthful, and current information at registration and during any subsequent verification process.
- Keep your Account credentials confidential and report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
- Use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh relating to your use of the Platform.
- Inform 9000bdt promptly of any change to your personal details, including email address, phone number, or payment method.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

6.3 Consequences of Violations

- Immediately suspend or permanently close the User's Account.
- Forfeit the entire Account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds.
- Void any bets placed or games played in connection with the prohibited activity.
- Recover from the User's Account any amounts that 9000bdt has paid out as a result of the prohibited activity.
- Share the User's details with relevant law enforcement agencies, financial crime units, or industry anti-fraud bodies where legally required or appropriate.
- Permanently bar the User from registering any new Account on the Platform.
6.4 Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you become aware of any activity on the Platform that you believe constitutes fraud, match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct — whether involving your own Account or that of another User — you are encouraged to report it to 9000bdt's support team promptly. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9000bdt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 9000bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9000bdt's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9000bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, and unforeseen technical failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. 9000bdt will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any interruption and will not be liable for losses suffered by Users during periods of unavailability outside 9000bdt's reasonable control.

8.1 Governing Language
